Theresa Koenig grew up in Ventura California, and for most of her fond memories include an element of food. Her Mother Kathleen is an amazing cook, that prepared daily homemade meals from far and wide. This gave Theresa the constant understanding of the intimacy of food.
Through her expanded time in the East coast, New Mexico, Australia, and Hawaii Theresa was deeply influenced by the cuisine and food culture of each place that has molded her into the chef she is today. Theresa has been working at Seasons catering for 4 years.
