can we customize our menu?

Absolutely. Every event is unique, and we love working with clients to design a menu that reflects your style, season, and vision. We will guide you through seasonal options and creative ideas tailored to your event.

do you accomodate dietary needs?

Yes. We can accommodate most dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and allergy-aware requests. Just let us know in advance and we will make thoughtful adjustments.

do you offer bar services?

We offer full bar service including bartenders, mixers, garnishes, bar equipment, and house-made seasonal elements. You provide the alcohol, and we take care of the rest.

We are happy to coordinate rental items through our trusted partners and can manage those orders on your behalf to ensure everything arrives on time and aligns with your event needs.

Yes. Our team sets up all food service areas and handles cleanup of catering-related equipment and rentals.

does my venue need a kitchen?

Yes, access to a suitable kitchen or space for our mobile kitchen setup is essential. We prepare most of our menu items fresh on-site to ensure the best quality and presentation. If your venue does not have a kitchen, we will work with you to assess what is possible and may require additional rentals or setup accommodations to support full-service execution.

how many staff will be at my event?

Staffing is based on guest count, venue layout, and style of service. Your proposal will include a detailed breakdown so you know exactly who will be on-site and what roles they will cover.

how far in advance should i book?

We recommend reaching out at least six to nine months in advance for weddings and large events, especially during peak seasons. Some dates book more than a year out.

how do i secure my event date?

To officially reserve your date, we require both a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer. The amount of the retainer depends on how far out your event is:

  • If your event is more than 4 months away, the retainer is $1,500.
  • If your event is within 4 months, we require 50% of the total estimate.

Please note that the proposal we send is valid for two weeks to allow you time to review it. After that, availability and pricing are subject to change. Once we receive your signed contract and retainer, we’ll officially be on board!

what is your rescheduling policy?

All payments made to Seasons Catering are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date. A $500 rescheduling fee may apply, along with any costs already incurred in preparation for your event.
