We offer full bar service including bartenders, mixers, garnishes, bar equipment, and house-made seasonal elements. You provide the alcohol, and we take care of the rest.
We are happy to coordinate rental items through our trusted partners and can manage those orders on your behalf to ensure everything arrives on time and aligns with your event needs.
Yes. Our team sets up all food service areas and handles cleanup of catering-related equipment and rentals.
Yes, access to a suitable kitchen or space for our mobile kitchen setup is essential. We prepare most of our menu items fresh on-site to ensure the best quality and presentation. If your venue does not have a kitchen, we will work with you to assess what is possible and may require additional rentals or setup accommodations to support full-service execution.
Staffing is based on guest count, venue layout, and style of service. Your proposal will include a detailed breakdown so you know exactly who will be on-site and what roles they will cover.
We recommend reaching out at least six to nine months in advance for weddings and large events, especially during peak seasons. Some dates book more than a year out.
All payments made to Seasons Catering are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date. A $500 rescheduling fee may apply, along with any costs already incurred in preparation for your event.
Yes, we offer private tastings for booked events or for clients who are seriously considering our services. Tastings are a great way to experience our food firsthand and collaborate on menu refinement.
