Our Service Standards


Customer service is an art in itself.

Seasons’ philosophy is to think of each client as our family and treat them as we would treat our own mother, father, daughter or sibling. We understand that, for our clients, every event is equally important and must reflect the standards set by Seasons Catering and our clients. Event Managers are trained to identify each event’s specific goals and execute the perfect event for each client. This starts when the client first contacts us. We listen, ask questions, create a plan, and work together to execute that plan.

Attention to detail, effective communication, problem solving, and a positive/pleasant attitude are all significant traits that make for an effective service team. Seasons’ commitment to exceptional service guarantees that the amazing food prepared by our chefs is the same amazing food placed before our clients. This perfect marriage between the front and back of the house is the result of efficient, communicative, and highly trained staff. They are insured, licensed, and knowledgeable in many facets of food service, and our entire team prides itself on its professionalism and attending to clients’ needs so as to ensure a special and personalized event.

Seasons Catering, Inc. is fortunate to partner with some fabulous charities and programs. It is our way of giving back to the community, supporting our local charity organizations, and fostering a love for the culinary arts. Through event planning, culinary execution, or service at events, Seasons has been fortunate to participate in philanthropic work for both Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.

Because it is a significant component in modern catering, Seasons supports our team with an increasing number of resources to help effectively integrate “green” initiatives in to their departments, including professional development and education resources.

Our team of professionally trained chefs are committed to serving only the highest quality food, using the best sourced ingredients, and working with our local farmers and sustainable seafood providers to prepare the freshest menus possible.

Our team is aware of energy and water conservation, chemical reduction, and sustainable service equipment. All these factors combined, contribute to continual efforts to support the conservation of our natural resources and minimize the impact of human activity on our environment.
